ALL performers booked through RFMS are expected to affirm the arrangements for the engagement by a written contract signed by the client and on behalf of the performer or performers.
The aim of the contract will be to ensure that the client and the performers have the same understanding of what is required in terms of:
- music style and presentation;
- performance dates and times;
- number and type of performers;
- length of performance;
- number of appearance 'spots';
- settlement terms,
- satisfaction report..
Past, present and future clients of RFMS who require more information about specific or general points regarding RFMS terms and conditions are cordially invited to complete and submit the 'Enquiry' form situated on this website.
To avoid misunderstanding specific points arising from a contractual agreement should be addressed in the manner laid down in that contract.
